For a stay of 2 to 3 nights the reservation must be confirmed by a deposit which corresponds to 50% of the total cost of the stay. For more than 3 nights the reservation must be confirmed by a deposit which corresponds to 50% of the total cost of the stay. The deposit paid will not be refunded if a cancellation is made : Less than 5 days before the arrival date for reservations in the low season (from 3rd January, February, March, November to 22nd December) Less than 15 days before the arrival date for reservations in the high season(1st April to 31st October and from 23rd December to 2nd January). Please note that in the event of premature departure the stay originally booked must be paid for in its entirety. Rooms are available from 3.00pm and must be vacated by midday at the latest. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).
