Le Couvent des Minimes, Hôtel and Spa was born from a passion for this site and this region of Provence.

It is a long love story, a true story which unites l’Occitane and Provence.

For more than thirty years the soul of this land, the scents , colours and people have never ceased to enrich the range of cosmetics and home fragrances which gave the brand its reputation.
From the very beginning l’Occitane has remained faithful to this area where its products are developed in the factory at Manosque. The creation of Le Couvent des Minimes Hôtel and Spa
is due to dialogue between those in charge at l’Occitane and professionals working in the hotel and spa sectors enchanted with the the region.

2008 : an enclave of happiness
Several centuries separate us from the creation of Le Couvent des Minimes and a new page in its history opens in 2008 with the recent transformation into a world of indulgence and care.

The Chef Jérôme ROY rejoin the Couvent des Minimes, do not hesitate to discover his food.

The restaurant "Le Cloitre" will welcome you for the lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
