In the very heart of Provence, in Mane, the gastronomic restaurant awarded a star by the Michelin® guide in 2016, is an epicurean tribute to the art of entertaining.

Le Cloître offers both conviviality and a warm welcome, a place combining a feeling of well-being with its flavours. With his expressive technique, marked by understanding and passion, Jérôme Roy intends his cooking to be gastronomic without being pretentious. Every aspect of it is important; it is honest and contemporary, and gets down to basics. The right produce is critical to any dish and its true worth shines through.

The à la carte and set menus are designed for you according to the season, in order to guarantee outstanding quality and freshness. Supplied from the Couvent gardens or by local growers, our produce is meticulously selected.

Our gastronomic restaurant Le Cloître is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, and you are equally welcome for Sunday lunch.

Jérôme Roy’s culinary philosophy is portrayed through his menus.

The premise is simple: to showcase a product’s essential value through flavour associations dreamt up by our Chef.

We like to be transparent about our products’ origins. Our Chef is inspired by regional products, which are celebrated at the heart of traditional, colourful, nourishing and gourmet Provençal cuisine. Depending on the season, the products grown at the Couvent itself make a welcome appearance on an already mouth-watering menu.
