Every Saturday and Sunday, from 3:30PM (last order at 5:30PM), under the historic timbers of the hotel, L'Alambic team offers an afternoon tea in keeping with the cozy feel that permeates our establishment.

In addition to a selection of tempting hot drinks, Pastry Chef Laure DESMORIEUX has devised a collection of sweet and savoury delicacies that pay testimony to her refined and gourmet signature.

All accompanied by an ever-attentive service, we are delighted to be able to offer you this special moment.

For hotel guests and visitors alike, afternoon tea at the Couvent des Minimes is the perfect opportunity to soak up the ambience of a truly unique establishment.
